Refunds:

All cryptocurrency exchange operations, sales, and purchases conducted through the Service are final, and no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order initiated through the transaction order form, you must do so before CoinGira executes the exchange operation. Once the order has been executed, you cannot change or cancel your authorization for CoinGira to complete the transaction. If only a portion of the order has been filled, you may cancel the unfilled remainder. In the event that there are insufficient funds to complete a transaction order, CoinGira may either cancel the entire order or fulfill a partial order using the available funds.
